Dividend stocks: This week is going to be very special for the stock market investors. Between May 12 and May 16, important decisions like Dividend, Stock Split, Demaker and Rights Issues are going to be implemented on shares of 22 companies. This means that investors who have shares of these companies can get dividend or other benefits.

Which companies are giving dividends?
Dividend is the money that companies give to shareholders from their profits. This week many companies have announced the dividend:
- Coforge Ltd has announced an interim dividend ₹ 19 per share. The record date has been set on 12 May.
- The interim dividend of Godrej Consumer Products Ltd will be recorded on 13 May.
- Ifgl refractories Ltd will give ₹ 6 per share interim dividend.
- Foseco India Ltd has declared a final dividend of ₹ 25 per share.
- Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services LTD will raise capital through the issue issue.
- R Systems International Ltd will distribute an interim dividend of ₹ 6 per share on 14 May.
- BEML Ltd is offering ₹ 15 per share and Great Eastern Shipping ₹ 5.40 per share is offering interim dividend.
- Manappuram Finance Ltd will give a final dividend of ₹ 0.50 and Indian Energy Exchange Ltd ₹ 1.50.
- SBI (State Bank of India) has declared a final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. Its record and X-date have been fixed on 16 May.
Additionally, Advanced Enzyme Technologies, Aptus Value Housing, Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms and Narmada MacPlast Drip Irrigation Systems Ltd will also distribute weeks this week. (See the table below for complete details)
Which companies will have stock split?
Many times companies divide stock into small portions to reduce the price of their share. This makes the shares cheap and more people can buy.
Mrugesh Trading Ltd and Virat LEASING LTD will divide their shares.

Raymond Ltd’s disorder
Raymond Ltd has approved its real estate unit Raymond Realty Ltd’s disorder. The board set a record date on 14 May 2025. Based on this, shares of the new company will be allotted to eligible shareholders.
