India vs pakistan war: Terrorists from Pakistan in Pahalgam massacred 26 people on 22 April. After this, India strikes 9 terrorists in Pakistan under Operation Sindoor. Since then, military conflict between India and Pakistan started. India strikes on terrorists’ bases, but in turn, Pakistan started targeting the common citizens of India. The situation has changed rapidly since May 7. India has started giving strict answers to the nefarious antics being done by Pakistan. The armies of both countries are face to face on the borders.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held two big strategic meetings one after the other. First discussion was held with NSA Ajit Doval and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, then a high -level meeting was held with the heads of the three armies and Chief of Defense Staff General Anil Chauhan. It has become clear from these meetings that the situation is serious and India is now in a position to reply, but in a position to be ready. Why did the situation change since 7 May?
On May 7, Indian military bases in the tail and Rajouri sector of Jammu and Kashmir were targeted by drone and mortar on 7 May. There was also some loss in it. In response, the Indian Army retaliated on the terrorist launchpads and Pakistani posts present across the Line of Control. After this, firing incidents came to light on Rajasthan and Punjab border on 8 and 9 May. Pakistan was attacked with several drones and missiles. Even on the night of 9 May, Pakistan targeted Delhi and fired missiles. But India failed all the attacks. Pakistan’s frequent provocative actions have made it clear that this is not a limited conflict, but a fully planned military challenge. India has also intensified the deployment of its soldiers.
Strategic review or decisive preparation?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi first discussed in a closed room with National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Soon after, he held an important meeting with the heads of the three armies and CDS General Anil Chauhan. According to sources, Pakistan’s border activities, army movement and intelligence reports were reviewed in this meeting. Especially there was a discussion that Pakistan’s army is sending its tanks and soldiers to advance posts.
Pakistan’s nefarious tricks continue
In the joint press briefing issued by the Indian Army, it was told that Pakistan’s army is getting closer to the border and increasing military deployment. Colonel Sophia Qureshi, Wing Commander Vyomika Singh and Foreign Secretary Vikram Egypt said that Pakistan is trying to target our military bases, but India has given accurate and effective reply every time. It was also said in the press briefing that the Indian Army is ready for every situation and no compromise will be made on the security of the country.
What is the strategy ahead?
In this high-level meeting of Prime Minister Modi, Pakistan’s military activities were reviewed. According to officials, Pakistan’s army is increasing the deployment of its soldiers and weapons near the border. In response to this, the Indian armed forces have been kept on alert and monitoring on boundaries has been tightened.
Sources say that the army has been given complete exemption to take necessary steps as per the situation. The heads of the three armies informed the Prime Minister about the current situation and submitted a report of action so far. At the same time, the Air Force and the Navy have also been kept on high alert so that any emergency can be dealt with immediately. Government briefing also stated that army deployment along the Line of Control and International Border has been strengthened and every activity is being monitored through drones, satellites and ground intelligence.
