Srigee dlm iPo Listing: The shares of Srigi DLM, which were among the top companies of plastic injection molding, got a daze entry in the domestic market today and on the very first day it doubled the money of IPO investors. Its IPO also received strong response from investors and overall it received more than 490 times bid. Shares have been issued at a price of Rs 99 under IPO. Today it has entered BSE SME at Rs 188.10, that is, IPO investors got a 90 per cent listing gains. Share and climb up after listing. It jumped up to the upper circuit of Rs 197.50 (Srigee DLM Share Price) i.e. the money of IPO investors has now almost doubled.
How will Srigee DLM iPo spend money
The ₹ 16.98 crore IPO of Srigi DLM was opened from May 5-7 for subscription. This issue received strong response from investors of every category and overall it was 490.93 times subscribed. It included 136.52 times reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIB), part of non-institutional investors (NII) 1,534.66 times and retail investors were filled 243.71 times. Under this IPO, 17,14,800 new shares with face value of Rs 10 will be issued. At the same time, ₹ 5.43 crore will be spent in setting up manufacturing facility in Greater Noida and ₹ 9.51 crore will be spent in machinery shopping for this facility. The rest of the money will be spent on common corporate objectives.

In December 20225, Srigi DLM started trading with plastic moldings for consumer durables. Since 2013, it entered home employees moldings and then added an advanced injection molding machine to increase its capacity. Talking about the financial health of the company, it is constantly getting stronger. In FY 2022, it made a net profit of ₹ 1.13 crore, which jumped in the next financial year 2023 to ₹ 2.81 crore and then in FY 2023 to ₹ 3.1 crore. During this period, the company’s revenue increased to ₹ 54.65 crore annually from the compound rate (CAGR) of more than 28 per cent annually. Talking about the last financial year 2024-25, in April-December 2024 it received a net profit of ₹ 3.77 crore and a revenue of ₹ 54.47 crore.
